Export your library from Spectora

Spectora doesn’t offer a one-click data export, so grab your template /comment file once — SightSpec maps everything for you on the next step.

  1. 1In Spectora, open Settings → Templates.
  2. 2Open the template you want to bring over.
  3. 3Use “Export / Print template” to download the template + comments file.
  4. 4Repeat for any other templates (you can import several).

Accepted file formats

  • • CSV / spreadsheet template export (exact, deterministic).
  • • Text “print template” dump (also parsed deterministically).
  • No file? Drop any report PDF — AI rebuilds your library.

Troubleshooting

  • • “No comments found” → make sure it’s the template/comment export, not a finished report.
  • • Spreadsheet looks empty → try the text “print template” export instead.
  • • Comments mapped to the wrong section → you can remap them on the Validate step before importing.
  • • Clients & schedule import separately (a later step) — start with the library here.

Your data stays yours — every import previews first and can be rolled back.
