SightSpec (“we”, “us”) provides AI-native home inspection software for licensed inspectors. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. This is starter copy — we recommend a legal review before public launch.
Information we collect
- Account information you provide directly: name, email, company name, phone, license number, and logo.
- Inspection data you create: property addresses, observations, photos, audio notes, and report contents.
- Buyer-side information: when an inspector shares a report, the buyer may provide name, email, and questions through the in-report lead form.
- Usage information: pageviews, share-link views, and basic device information for product analytics.
How we use it
- To provide and improve the SightSpec product.
- To deliver reports and notifications to recipients you authorize.
- To process payments through Stripe (we never store card numbers).
- To support and respond to you when you contact us.
Sharing
We use a small number of vetted infrastructure partners — Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Clerk (authentication), Stripe (billing), Resend (email), and AI providers via the Vercel AI Gateway. We do not sell your data.
Your choices
You can export, correct, or delete your inspection data at any time from your dashboard. To delete your account or request a copy of everything we hold about you, email hello@sightspec.org.
